All orders ships free via Airmail to anywhere in the world. Larger orders receive extra treatments:
FastTech sometimes splits your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All shipments are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout.

You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

Standard FREE shipping orders are shipped via Airmail parcels and Registered Airmail parcels.
Expedited shipping (Speedpost Global Express) is available as an upgrade during the checkout process. Upgrade costs vary by products ordered and shipping destination.

No Sales Tax. Since FastTech is a Hong Kong company, and there is no sales tax in Hong Kong.
Import Tax and Duty are responsible by customers. FastTech marks packages as gifts with low values. Virtually all orders are exempt from taxes and duties.
If your country imposes high import taxes, please choose standard free shipping. Packages shipped via expedited service (Speedpost Global Express) are more likely to be opened and examined by your country's customs.
Timely shipping is the number one priority for us. Here is what stock status means:
Ships today: orders leave our doors within 12 hours
Ships next day: orders leave our doors before the next business day ends
In stock: orders leave our doors within 2 business days
Back ordered: specific shipping time estimated and displayed on product pages

FastTech guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. FastTech reimburses return shipping charges.
Contact us for a RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.
- Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower.
- Within 6 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
Customers may still send defective items back to FastTech. FastTech passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. FastTech will contact customers before committing the repairs.
FastTech will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and FastTech covers all return shipping charges.
Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, FastTech is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds. For details, click here.
An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
